1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong order

  • Your food arrived extremely late and was no longer fit to eat

  • There was a confirmed error in billing or payment

2. What’s Not Refundable

We do not refund for:

  • Change of mind after the food has been prepared

  • Delays caused by wrong delivery address or unreachable customer

  • Partially eaten meals

3. How to Request a Refund

Please reach out within 2 hours of receiving your order via:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

4. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
